Last week, I had surgery at the Arabella Hospital in Munich performed by Dr. Toplak. I had severe back pain for a long time, and no one really knew what to do. At the university hospital, they even told me that spinal fusion was my only option. That really scared me. Dr. Toplak finally took a closer look. He suggested PRP, my own blood injected into the intervertebral disc. Even after the first injection, I noticed an improvement—not much, but still. After the second, it got even better, and after the third, the pain was completely gone. I could hardly believe it. I'm so grateful that I didn't have the fusion. Thank you to Dr. Toplak for giving me another option.
