I went to the orthopedist because of acute back pain and was incredibly pleasantly surprised. I was able to get an MRI appointment the same day and then discuss everything directly with Dr. Tamer. The MRI revealed a herniated disc. A very special thank you goes to Margarethe and Dilara at reception. Both were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the very beginning. Especially when you come to a doctor's office with severe pain, it makes a huge difference to be greeted and supported so kindly. You immediately feel well cared for and taken seriously. Dr. Tamer was also incredibly competent and friendly and took a lot of time for me. I particularly appreciated that surgery wasn't immediately suggested as the first solution. Instead, he wanted to try other treatment options first and see what would be best for me. This gave me a lot of confidence. I was given comprehensive and easy-to-understand information and always felt taken seriously and well-advised. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. I went to the WZMO (Werner-von-Siemens-Zentrum) for chronic lower back pain resulting from a herniated disc and underwent bio-injection therapy there. The treatment is expensive, but it was absolutely worth it for me – after three sessions I'm finally pain-free. However, it's important to note: the therapy alone isn't enough; you also have to actively participate with exercises and, if necessary, physical therapy. Update: About six months later, the pain-free period unfortunately came to an end, and surgery was decided upon. This also worked very well; I no longer have any radiating pain or numbness in my legs. This will most likely be much more lasting :).

A big thank you also to the entire team! 👍 Despite the stress and staff shortages, everyone is always friendly, warm, and reliable. They always return calls, answer questions, and you feel like you're in excellent hands. I was particularly impressed by the telephone AI, Anna. Finally, an AI to whom you can calmly explain your concerns, and who then summarizes everything again. It works surprisingly well and saves time – for both patients and the practice.
