I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the staff at the Munich East Spine Center in Haar for their hard work and support. I have since had surgery at the Arabella Clinic in Munich. My sincere thanks also go to all the staff on the ward and the surgical team there. DESPERATION FOUND, HELPED. Three months of brutal nerve pain. Orthopedic clinics told me, despite my pain, that surgery wasn't indicated, and sent me home in agony. I had completely lost faith in doctors until I found the Spine Center in Haar. I got an appointment immediately, and the entire team, including one doctor, took excellent care of me and explained everything in detail. I had severe back pain for a long time, and no one really knew what to do. At the university hospital, they even told me that spinal fusion was my only option. That really scared me. Dr. Toplak finally took a closer look. He suggested PRP, my own blood injected into the intervertebral disc. Even after the first injection, I noticed an improvement—not much, but still. After the second, it got even better, and after the third, the pain was completely gone. I could hardly believe it. I'm so grateful that I didn't have the fusion. Thank you to Dr. Toplak for giving me another option.

I came to Dr. Toplak in March. Before that, I had seen an orthopedist who didn't want to conduct a proper diagnosis, so the real problem wasn't uncovered.
