I had surgery on my herniated disc with him and am more than satisfied with the result. A big thank you also to the entire team! 👍 Despite the stress and staff shortages, everyone is always friendly, warm, and reliable. They always return calls, answer questions, and you feel like you're in excellent hands. I was particularly impressed by the telephone AI, Anna. Finally, an AI to whom you can calmly explain your concerns, and who then summarizes everything again. It works surprisingly well and saves time – for both patients and the practice. I had severe back pain for a long time, and no one really knew what to do. At the university hospital, they even told me that spinal fusion was my only option. That really scared me. Dr. Toplak finally took a closer look. He suggested PRP, my own blood injected into the intervertebral disc. Even after the first injection, I noticed an improvement—not much, but still. After the second, it got even better, and after the third, the pain was completely gone. I could hardly believe it. I'm so grateful that I didn't have the fusion.
