I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the staff at the Munich East Spine Center in Haar for their hard work and support. I have since had surgery at the Arabella Clinic in Munich. My sincere thanks also go to all the staff on the ward and the surgical team there. I would especially like to thank the neurosurgeon, Dr. Toplak, who performed my surgery. Thanks to him, I have been able to avoid using a wheelchair. Thank you again for everything you have done!

DESPERATION FOUND, HELPED. Three months of brutal nerve pain. Orthopedic clinics told me, despite my pain, that surgery wasn't indicated, and sent me home in agony. I had completely lost faith in doctors until I found the Spine Center in Haar. I got an appointment immediately, and the entire team, including one doctor, took excellent care of me and explained everything in detail. After surgery, I am now pain-free again, and I thank Dr. Toplak from the bottom of my heart. His many years of experience in the field of spinal stenosis gave me hope again. Last week, I had surgery at the Arabella Hospital in Munich performed by Dr. Toplak. I underwent spinal stenosis surgery because I had been experiencing pain and loss of control in my left leg for three years. I was very impressed with Dr. Toplak from the start. He does highly professional work and is a very personable doctor. My surgery went perfectly. Thank you so much! I would recommend his practice to anyone needing medical help. I had severe back pain for a long time, and no one really knew what to do. At the university hospital, they even told me that spinal fusion was my only option. That really scared me. Dr. Toplak finally took a closer look. He suggested PRP, my own blood injected into the intervertebral disc. Even after the first injection, I noticed an improvement—not much, but still. After the second, it got even better, and after the third, the pain was completely gone. I could hardly believe it. I'm so grateful that I didn't have the fusion. Thank you to Dr. Toplak for giving me another option.

I came to Dr. Toplak in March. Before that, I had seen an orthopedist who didn't want to conduct a proper diagnosis, so the real problem wasn't uncovered. He is a down-to-earth and straightforward doctor. I was very satisfied with the treatment and the subsequent surgery. There were practically no waiting times at the practice.
